Ingredients:
2 cups ground almonds
1 cup powdered sugar

1 package of filo dough

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground almonds, powdered sugar, orange blossom water, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until you have a smooth and cohesive filling.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take a sheet of filo dough and brush it lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and repeat the process until you have 5-6 layers of filo dough.
Cut the layered filo dough into rectangular strips, about 2 inches wide and 6 inches long.
